RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • Purchased directly from nuralee.com

We are unable to accept returns on opened, partially used, or damaged products.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at hello@reguli.io with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Warranty Claims (Within 90 Days)

If you believe your product is defective or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 90 days of delivery at hello@reguli.io. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will work with you to find the best resolution.

Subscription Orders

Subscription renewals that have already been processed and shipped are not eligible for refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellations do not apply retroactively to charges already made.

  • Products not purchased on nuralee.com
