Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Customs and Import Duties

For shipments to the UK and outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Orders
